Harbour-Link acquires Bintulu land for RM7m

KUALA LUMPUR: Sarawak-based shipping and logistics company Harbour-Link Group Bhd has acquired a piece of land measuring 39,569 sq m in Kemena District, Bintulu for RM7.2 million for warehousing purposes.The company’s wholly owned Harbour-Link Logistics Sdn Bhd had entered into a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with PME Biofuels (M) Sdn Bhd yesterday to acquire the land. The land was originally acquired by PME in June 2007 for RM7 million.The acquisition is expected to be completed in early-May 2010.
