Founder buys more shares in Harbour-Link

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 30): Wong Siong Seh, the major shareholder, founder and executive director of Harbour-Link Group Bhd, has increased his stake in the logistics firm to 57.74%, after purchasing 419,100 shares in the open market last week.
Based on a filing to Bursa Malaysia, Wong bought 211,900 shares at the price of RM1.791 each last Thursday (Sept 25), and another 207,200 shares at RM1.779 a-piece a day later. The purchases increased his direct interest in the company to 3.49% or 6.36 million shares.
Besides that, Wong holds an indirect 54.25% stake in the logistics firm by virtue of his interests in Enrichharvest Sdn Bhd — Harbour-Link’s biggest shareholder as at October 2013.
Harbour-Link closed 2 sen lower at RM1.77 today, giving it a market capitalisation of RM322.14 million.
