NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Eighteenth Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be conducted on a fully virtual basis at the Broadcast Venue at Mega Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. of Level 15-2, Bangunan Faber Imperial Court, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur on Monday, 23 November 2020 at 10.00 a.m.
The broadcast venue is strictly for the purpose of complying with Section 327(2) of the Companies Act 2016 which requires the Chairman of the Meeting to be at the main venue. No shareholders/proxies from the public will be physically present at the meeting venue. Shareholders who wish to participate in the Eighteenth AGM will therefore have to register via the link https://vps.megacorp.com.my/
