ACCOUNTANT

The Jobs:

  • Consolidation for Group Accounts and Individual Company Level.
  • Prepare financial statement on a monthly basis to Financial Controller.
  • Liaise with External Auditors on Accounting Issues and Internal Control Issues.
  • Coordinate and prepare information reports, financial statements, financial reports and analysis.
  • Analyze cash flow, cost control and expenses to guide business decision.
  • Ensure financial compliance with all statutory requirements including FRS, Companies Acts and Bursa Malaysia Requirements.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

The Requirements:

    Degree holder in Accountancy or Commerce Degree in Accounting, holder of MICPA/ACCA/CIMA and MIA registered.
    Minimum 5 years working experience in audit department or accounting firms.
    Experienced in financial analysis, taxation, audit, corporate strategic planning and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) accounting system.
    Computer literate, creative problem solver, service oriented, assertive personality with excellent inter personal skills.
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    Possess valid driving license “D”.

COMPANY SECRETARY

COMPANY SECRETARY

The Jobs:

  • To provide secretarial services in managing and administering corporate secretarial functions including accuracy of the information provided and in compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements as well as governance guidelines.
  • Coordinating and attending Management meetings.
  • Provide accurate and timely advice to the Group Managing Director on Governance and Company Secretarial and appropriate legal matters.
  • Ensure compliance to internal processes in relation to relevant statutory/ regulatory bodies within the stipulated deadlines.
  • Arrange and schedule Company’s Management meeting including minutes preparation and follow up the issues.
  • Maintaining and safekeeping of statutory records, to ensure accuracy and timely provision of information to third party.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc assignment and/ or tasks as assigned by the Group Managing Director.

The Requirements:

  • Possess at least minimum of Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Secretarial/Administration/Management/Business Studies/Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA)/ Chartered Secretaries Malaysia (MAICSA) qualification or any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience on secretarial duties, with financial experience is an added advantage.
  • Proficient and good working knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Good communicational, interpersonal, verbal and writing abilities.
  • Meticulous, detail minded, well organized and result driven.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to deal with people at all levels.
  • Familiar with the Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, Companies Act 2016 and other relevant regulations.
ASSETS CONTROL OFFICER

ASSETS CONTROL OFFICER

The Jobs:

  • To provide support in undertaking essential functions that will ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all the company’s assets.
  • To be responsible in executing Assets requisition procedures and system.
  • To monitor assets’ movements, transfer, sale & trade-in.
  • Responsible for identifying issues and contributing to/implementing improvements in policies, procedures and practices in relevant areas.
  • Implement effective control and audit processes with regard to all asset management.
  • Communicate and liaise with internal and external clients.
  • Require to complete work within specified timelines.

The Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least minimum of Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any relevant field with minimum 2-3 years related working experience.

OPERATION COORDINATOR

OPERATION COORDINATOR

The Jobs:

  • Established, Implemented and maintained the Company’s safety management system (SMS) onboard the vessels & office.
  • Liaise with Masters and ship’s officers/engineers on matters relating to SMS, ISM & ISPS.
  • Ensure that the requirements of the SMS are understood by vessel and shore staff.
  • Ensure adequate resources and shore based support are available as required.
  • Assisting in coordinating various matters such as maintenance, docking, daily operations, training onboard, recruitment and purchasing.
  • Train & guiding the vessel’s crews to safe working/engineering practices and machinery operational procedures.
  • Maintaining the survey status and all statutory certificates of all vessels.
  • Maintaining the vessel’s publications, charts, navigation equipment’s and communication aids.
  • Liaise with the appropriate authorities on all aspect of marine safety, regulations, requirements, updates etc.
  • Carrying out auditing and inspection jobs onboard in respect of ISM & ISPS.

The Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree Holder or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years related working experience, preferable those who is in maritime/surveying line. However, a fresh graduate with maritime knowledge is encouraged to apply.
  • Possess valid driving license D
  • Hardworking, responsible, assertive and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Good communication/writing skills in English & BM.
SAFETY OFFICER

SAFETY OFFICER

The Jobs:

  • Drive 100% Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance.
  • Promote EHS programs, procedures and tools to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements eg. DOSH, DOE, Health Ministry, CIDB.
  • Liaise with government authorities, clients, sub-contractors, management, workers and other related parties on EHS matters.
  • Responsible on preparing implementing and ensure readiness in compulsory EHS practices e.g. conduct tool box meeting, safety induction, EHS weekly/monthly meeting, site inspection and audition, incident investigation, preparing reports and etc.
  • To maintain the premises & work environment Safety Regulations & ISO audit compliance with Client requirements.

The Requirements:

  • A registered Safety & Health Officer with DOSH (SHO with Green Book Holder)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Environmental/ Health/ Safety or equivalent
  • Competent and well versed with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Good communication skill & able to interact & work effectively with all level people.
  • At lease 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to work independently.
